For as long as I can remember I have loved poems and quotes.  The way these artists can manipulate words to evoke images and feelings in the reader while not being near the read, sometimes even centuries/lives, away is profound to me.  I still read “A year with Hafiz” every day and there are moments when I feel Hafiz and what he was writing about so much that I bow my head to the book and thank him for his art.  Their magical, beautiful, awe-inspiring, and unifying words randomly pop in my head now.. and when they do I will post my favorite poems here from other artists for you to enjoy… so, enjoy 🙂
