I paused for a few minutes to feel the sun on my face. It asked me:

“loosen your jaw, take a big deeeeeep breath in filling up all your lungs with fresh air, let go, relax all of my muscles, yes even those hips… receive the enormous love that keeps the earth perfectly in orbit and all your cells working in concert, in intelligent harmony together. Receive the love of thought, of intention that formed this entire universe, the energy that creates worlds.”

Then when I was open enough, it asked me gently, “what are you here for” (I love when it does that!). “Relax again” it said, because I tense up so easily thinking I should be “doing” so much more, “relax again, deeep breath. You don’t have to move quite yet don’t worry about the time, soak in this knowledge, and remember what you are doing here”. So I did stop, and I did remember, and I love being able to bring myself back to REALity, to LIFE, to center.

I love basking in the sunshine.

The provider of Life in this reality,

always shining on Earth, always shining on us, feeding us and the plants, of course it would have something remarkable to say, if we all stop and allow it to speak.
